LE TIPOLOGIE DI INTERPRETAZIONE

SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETING – this is the most frequently used form of interpreting to ensure real-time translation, i.e. while the speaker is speaking, the listener can simultaneously hear the translation in his or her own language through headphones. Traditionally requiring a booth with equipment, I can also help with this. However, for smaller or itinerant meetings, bidule is sometimes used, i.e. a portable system that allows simultaneous interpretation without a booth. There is also the whispered form (chuchotage) if the interpretation is for one person and the interpreter whispers it. Contact me for more information and details.
CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETING – this mode involves the interpreter translating the speaker’s speech after he or she has finished speaking.

DIALOGUE INTERPRETING –this is the form of interpreting most commonly used in the case of B2B, medical examinations, interviews or situations involving short, rapid communicative exchanges in which the interpreter translates as soon as he or she has finished listening to the message being spoken.
